Description:

Mars Escape is an arcade platform game that brings back the spirit of the classic Game & Watch handhelds. Nako the Martian must escape from the planet of the Kogis in his spaceship but it will not be easy. His evil enemies have anchored his ship so he must use his abilities to avoid the henchmen and get his spaceship back.

Mars Escape is the first of a classic arcade series named Nakogi. Each Nakogi is limited to a number of units, the same as the original G&W machines. Users get a serial number that identifies their unit and, when the the production limit of each Nakogi title has been reached, it will become free to download, but only those who have a serial number can play it.

My role:

  • Game Designer
  • Level Design

I was in charge of designing and balancing the game. This includes both gameplay and the level that creates the base of Mars Escape.

I also designed and implemented Game Center achievements.
